1. About Us

Talvika is a sole trader based in the United Kingdom, operating the online store at bazaar.talvika.com. We sell new and used items across various categories.

VAT: Talvika is not registered for UK Value Added Tax (VAT). Prices shown are final and inclusive of all costs (excluding shipping).

2. Orders and Contracts

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase goods. A legally binding contract is formed only when we confirm your order and payment is successfully processed via Stripe.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where stock is unavailable or pricing errors have occurred.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP). A flat shipping charge of £3.99 applies to all UK orders. We do not currently ship internationally.

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details on our servers.

4. Used Goods Disclaimer

Some items listed on Talvika are sold in used or pre-owned condition. Used items are described honestly and accurately to the best of our knowledge. Photographs represent the actual item being sold.

Used items may show signs of previous use, including minor cosmetic wear, unless otherwise stated in the product description. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected — used goods must still be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.

5. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 2–3 business days. Delivery times depend on the courier service and your location within the UK.

Risk of loss and damage passes to you upon delivery of the goods to your specified address.

6. Returns and Refunds

You have a 14-day cooling-off period under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Please see our full Returns Policy for details.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Talvika or its licensors and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Talvika shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or the purchase of goods. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
