Your Right to Cancel

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. This is your statutory cooling-off period.

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party (other than the carrier) indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us at hello@talvika.com stating your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. We will provide you with a return address and any further instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Package the item securely in its original packaging (where possible) and post it back to us within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation.

Condition of Returned Items

Items must be returned in the same condition as received. You may inspect items as you would in a shop, but handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods may result in a reduced refund.

For used items, please note the item was sold in pre-owned condition. Returns of used items are subject to the same 14-day cooling-off rights.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 5 additional business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us, unless the item is faulty or not as described. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a free return and issue a full refund or replacement at your preference.
